Woodcroft Slam Heat, SA

Over 20 poets turned up at the new Woodcroft Library for SA's 4th Heat on Thursday 27th October. Congratulations to Peach for winning and Isobel for coming runner up.

A large audience soaked in the late night cafe ambience where candles created a special atmosphere, wine flowed, and talent was aplenty.

Everyone stepped out into the balmy night, feeling better after being entertained by 20 quality performances and for visiting the new Woodcroft Library.

Thursday 3rd November is the last SA heat at West Torrens Library & the final chance for 2 more poets to strut their stuff at the SA Final at Higher Ground.

Once again we're lucky enough to have Miles Merrill as special guest presenter - we can't wait!
