Anabelle Trist is a 14-year-old autistic poet who discovered her passion for poetry just over a year ago. Anabelle uses writing to explore and express emotions in a way that feels honest and authentic. Drawn to the raw power of words, she hopes her poetry helps others feel seen, understood, and connected.
