Titilope Sonuga is a Nigerian-Canadian artist whose humble beginnings in spoken word poetry have propelled her to a dynamic, multi-faceted and meaningful life in the arts. Her poetry is renowned as evocative and deeply empathetic.
Three-time Australian Poetry Slam national finalist, Andi Stewart - Poet lives and breathes poetry. His words transcend boundaries and gender barriers to hit galactic metaphors and meta cognitive rhymes; exploring all things queer, Christian, political, and progressive, with a little side of love.

Word Travels is also collaborating with poetry events across NSW. Each event organiser will put forth two of their best poets for this a special showcase slam.
