LAURITA GORMAN

Laurita Gorman is a Canadian-born poet, storyteller, and somatic therapist whose words crack open what the world teaches us to hide. Based on the Sunshine Coast, Laurita writes from the body and explores themes of advocacy, mental health, and reclamation. Her spoken word invites audiences to feel deeply, think critically, and remember that staying soft in a hard world is what makes us human.
